Inquire of your event date availability

Meet with us (in person, by phone, text, email, or zoom meeting) to plan and script out your event.

Read and Sign the Contract.

Down Payment of 50% to reserve your date. Balance Due 30 Days prior to your event date.

Arrange a walk through of the Event Center with Steve Myers and any contact representatives in planning your event.

Stay in contact with Steve Myers each month prior to your event and in the last month by the week leading up to your reserved date. Keep us in the loop of your events progress.

Confirm all is ready a day before the event with a courtesy phone call or text.
