Thank you for choosing Steve Myers DJ Bandstand. This fill in the blank contract section helps ensure clear communication, smooth planning, and a successful event experience for everyone involved.

Please take the time to read the TERMS OF SERVICES and print one out if you wish to keep it for your files. On the bold terms use
it as a link to the terms of service page already created.

This is the beginning of your contract process with SMDJB.

You are responsible accurate event and contact details.

Submit back to the fill in the blank form to SMDJB by pressing ‘SUBMIT’. Steve Myers will create the full contract agreement in a PDF version that serves as the binding contract between you (“Client”) and DJ Bandstand (“Us) for the services described.

We will e-mail you your copy to sign and return to us. We will complete the contract and e-mail back your copy.

Then proceed to the PAYMENT link where you are responsible for the 50% deposit to pay immediately linked by the contact heading arrow and then plan to pay the remaining full balance to be paid 30 days prior to your event date.

Services:

• Hours of continuous DJ Service performance time from Steve Myers DJ Bandstand on the Event Date and at the Event Location in accordance with the Terms of Service.
• Includes Wireless Microphones, Music and Sound System provided by Artist.
• Planning Sessions for Onboarding, Detailing, Scripting & Finalizing ahead of the Event at
  mutually-agreed dates and times to create your business event or private party, including
  preplanning by telephone, email and/or text to script in order to specify specific audio engineering,
  music, AV and/or Audio Video services at the Event.
