Thank you for choosing Steve Myers DJ Bandstand. This contract helps ensure clear communication, smooth planning, and a successful event experience for everyone involved.

Please complete the form below with accurate event and contact details. Once submitted, this agreement serves as a binding contract between you (“Client”) and Steve Myers DJ Bandstand for the services described.

Services:

Hours of continuous DJ Service performance time from Steve Myers DJ Bandstand on the Event Date and at the Event Location in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Includes Wireless Microphones, Music and Sound System provided by Artist.
Planning Sessions for Onboarding, Detailing, Scripting & Finalizing ahead of the Event at
mutually-agreed dates and times to create your business event or private party, including
preplanning by telephone, email and/or text to script in order to specify specific audio engineering,
music, AV and/or Audio Video services at the Event.

I agree to the TERMS OF SERVICE

"Your event date is only secured with DJ Bandstand only after 1. The initial personal contact with Steve Myers has been confirmed; 2. When the contract has been signed by both parties, 3. The terms page has been read and 4. The 50% deposit to secure the date has been paid. Only then is the date secured. Your balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
