Don’t let your budget prevent you from getting help. Ideal for day of coordination, this service is available for purchase in a one hour rate of $1000 to engineer with Sennheiser Wireless Hand Held broadcast microphones and wired back up options. We will mix and play pre planned music and/or coordinate with musicians, talent, or special speakers for your ceremony. We also record the ceremony as a backup on an SDHC card or provide a sound feed for your videographer if necessary. From pre ceremony. the prelude, entrance, and vows to the recessional we make sure everyone can hear and enjoy your ceremony now and forever.

Music sets the background tone for both happy hours and/or dinner music. Choose the style, genre, pace or songs you most love or rotated formats for your guests. Preplanned rates start at $300 per hour unmanned or $500 per hour engineered by our professionals.

Steve Myers is your executive producer and will spend up to 40 hours pre wedding to help plan your reception. We produce a full script of events, announcements, times of entrances introductions, first dances or special dances with family, and then the rest of the events of the day or evening. Traditionally there may be toasts, speeches, cutting of the cake, culminating with open dancing, the removal of the garter with tasteful music or silence, the tossing of the bouquet and the exit. We will also provide a final dance of the night depending on where you wish to have this private time. There are other special arrangements possible. Just ask! We will script out your music format choices and selections. That includes requests to and not to play lists based on your parameters. The reception may last from two, three, four or five hours.

The rate is $750 per hour.
