DJ Bandstand offers curated music programming, professional hosting, and broadcast-quality sound for events of all types. Each event is uniquely designed based on your format, timeline, and music preferences.
Pricing reflects the level of planning, preparation, and execution required to deliver a seamless experience.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
PACKAGE RATES START AT $3,700.00
If no Cocktail or Dinner music deduct $200.00 for $3,500 total charge
1 Hr of Wedding Ceremony Service: *$750.00 60 Minutes & Recorded
30 min Prelude
30 min Ceremony.
*Includes specialized Ceremony Microphones, Music and Sound System so your guests hear every word.
Post Exit Music Selection.
*Depending on the complexity of engineering mixing musicians, bands, or solos.
$500 in package rate.
4 Hrs Continuous Wedding Reception *$800.00 per hour
Includes Sound System for your reception room plus 2 wireless microphone for welcome, blessing and toasts.
$750.00 per hour in the package rate
Cocktails/Happy Hour and/or Dinner music. *$300.00 per hour
$100.00 per hour in the package rate additional to Wedding & Reception.
3 Pre planning Sessions *$100.00 per hour
Planning, Detailing, Finalizing – to create your wedding ceremony and reception timelines and choose music, including access to Steve Myers’ extensive greatest hits library, exclusive playlists and custom scripts of information, names and event timeline
Included at no charge in the package rate up to 6 total hours
*We require 50% down to reserve the date and the balance due 30 days prior to the event payable on this site. Down payments are generally non-refundable unless an act of God or something similar occurs to reschedule. Weddings and Receptions are held to these requirements on Fridays & Saturdays throughout the year.
Wedding Ceremony Only
1 Hr of Wedding Ceremony Service: *$1000.00 60 Minutes & Recorded
30 min Prelude
30 min Ceremony.
*Includes specialized Ceremony Microphones, Music and Sound System so your guests hear every word.
Post Exit Music Selection.
*Depending on the complexity of engineering mixing musicians, bands, or solos.
$500 in package rate.
Beyond 60 minutes billed at $14.00 per minute.
*We require 50% down to reserve the date and the balance due 30 days prior to the event payable on this site. Down payments are generally non-refundable unless an act of God or something similar occurs to reschedule. Weddings are held to these requirements on both Fridays & Saturdays throughout the year due to high demand of service providers.
